May we choose the
music segments for our video?
Yes, we encourage you to choose
your own music. We highly recommend using "timeless" tracks and avoiding the
latest fads; i.e., pick something you'll enjoy 20-30 years from now.
If you leave the music fields blank on the title form, we will choose music
for you.
May
we obtain references?
Yes. We are eager to provide contact
information for recent clients upon request.
If we verbally commit
the booking of my wedding and postpone paying the retainer and/or signing
the agreement, will you contact us before taking another booking for our date?
No. To be fair to everyone, our
policy is to consider all dates open until the retainer and a signed
agreement are received; no exceptions. Upon request, to expedite your
booking we will fax or email the agreement to you for your signature. We accept
credit card payments over the phone.
How far in advance
should we book your services?
To ensure availability you
should reserve your date as soon as it's known. We frequently turn
away clients who contact
us too late.
Will you videotape
events outside North Georgia?
Yes. We will shoot events within a
day's drive of Atlanta. Additional fees apply. Call for details.
What is the
turnaround time?
Videos are typically completed
2 weeks following the wedding date. Oftentimes, our clients' videos
are finished when they return from their honeymoon.
May I take delivery
of the video and make installment payments against the unpaid balance?
No. Full payment is
required one week prior to your wedding date.
What type of cameras
do you use?
We use Sony VX-2100 video cameras,
the industry standard for wedding and event videography. Their 3-chip
digital configuration produces a broadcast quality image, even in very low
light. They record on the Mini-DV format, which allows a loss-free digital
transfer of the footage to the computer for editing.
When do you begin
recording from the wireless microphone?
The wireless mic is placed on
the groom 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony. We begin recording from it at
the end of the processional, when the bride enters the altar.
